Classics and more on display at Fairfield annual car show
Classic car enthusiasts begin their descent upon Fairfield for the city’s annual Show of Wheels, on Sept. 9 in downtown Fairfield.
The show features several classes of cars, including pre-1950s cars and trucks. Categories include original and custom and modified vehicles. There also are categories for trucks, both original and customized. Special categories exist for tri-five Chevrolet’s, model years 1955 through 1957; Corvette; Pony Cars; street rods, motorcycles, and imports and unique vehicles.
The car show coincides with the Fairfield Citywide Garage Sale, held in downtown Fairfield.
