2 cups ripe strawberries
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil

Combine the strawberries, avocado, jalapeno, lime juice and salt. Allow to sit in refrigerator at least an hour before serving. Makes for a great topping on a grilled chicken breast.
