Ingredients per sandwich
1 slice Provolone
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 slice ham
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon adobo sauce
2 slices bread
1 tablespoon butter

Mix the mayonnaise and adobo sauce. Spread on one side of each slice of bread, put a slice of provolone, a slice of ham, and then a slice of Swiss cheese, close with other slice of bread. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, brown bread on both sides in skillet. For a little taste of summer, throw on a slice of a juicy tomato before toasting.
