2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 quart fresh strawberries, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons raspberry preserves
flour tortillas

In a sealable bowl, combine the fruit, brown sugar, honey and raspberry preserves. Allow to cool in refrigerator for at least an hour. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut flour tortillas into wedges, place on cookie sheet and brush with melted butter, then sprinkle lightly with a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake wedges in oven about 10 minutes, turning once during cooking. Make several batches as they will go quickly once people taste them.

Place the tortilla chips on a platter then spoon fruit mixture over top of prepared chips.
